All International Students,

In accordance with relevant regulations, non-service electric vehicles (including electric bicycles, self-balancing scooters, and electric skateboards, hereafter referred to as "EVs") are prohibited from entering, operating, or parking on campus, effective from February 18, 2022, except for service-support electric vehicles.

i. All EVs must be legally registered and display valid license plates properly.

ii. EVs are strictly prohibited from operating or parking in HEMC campus, Longdong Campus and Dongfeng Campus (South),including surrounding roads near teaching buildings, the library, and laboratory buildings.

iii. EVs are only allowed operated and parked in Dongfeng Campus (North), which could be parked only in designated parking areas. Parking in public areas such as corridors, green spaces, or other unauthorized zones is strictly prohibited.

Charging is permitted only in public charging sheds. Unauthorized extension of power cords, indoor charging, or removing batteries for dormitory charging are strictly prohibited. EVs must be promptly moved after charging to avoid occupying charging resources.

iv.Violations of these regulations will be subject to strict disciplinary actions in accordance with relevant policies.
