关于留学生返穗，3月17日0点之前入境的留学生，不分国籍，原来在居家观察的，现在还是居家观察；
3月17日0点以后入境的留学生，一概实行集中隔离观察，费用由个人承担。
With regard to international students,from Midnight on March 17, inbound international students are required to medical quarantine in designated venues,Nucleic Acid Testingfree, accommodation expenses incurred will be paid by the students themselves.
As the transmission of the COVID-19 has been increasing around the world, people are advised to consider delaying all non-essential travel outside. Before travelling outside, all the students should be aware of the potential health risks and applicable quarantine arrangements upon returning to GZ.

Starting from Midnight on March 19, all inbound travelers with Chinese nationality, and foreign travelers with a history of travel to or residence in the following 19 countries within 14 days prior to the arrival in Guangdong will undergo a 14 - day quarantine at home or in designated venues.
The 19 countries are:the Republic of Korea (ROK), Italy, Iran, Japan, Germany, France, the US, Spain, the UK, Thailand, the Philippines, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Malaysia.
从2020年3月19日零时起，所有从国外入境来粤的中国籍旅客，以及在来粤之前14天内，有韩国、意大利、伊朗、日本、德国、法国、美国、西班牙、英国、泰国、菲律宾、瑞士、瑞典、比利时、挪威、荷兰、丹麦、奥地利、马来西亚等19个国家旅居史的外国籍旅客，都要实施居家或集中隔离医学观察14天的防控措施。

从2020年3月19日零时起，广东对境外来粤返粤人员有关费用实行以下政策:
From Midnight on March 19, 2020, following policies have been implemented by Guangdong for all inbound travellers:
一、关于医疗费用
境外来粤返粤人员输入病例中参加基本医疗保险的人员，在基本医保、大病保险、医疗救助等按规定支付医疗费用后，个人负担部分由财政给予补助。
境外来粤返粤人员输入病例中未参加基本医疗保险的人员，医疗费用原则上由患者个人负担。参加了商业健康保险的人员，由商业保险公司按合同支付。
境外来粤返粤人员输入病例中未参加基本医疗保险、确有困难的人员，经认定符合条件的，可按照法律法规给予医疗救助。
二、关于集中隔离期间食宿费用
境外来粤返粤人员中需要实施集中隔离医学观察的人员，其食宿费用一律由个人自理。

三、关于核酸检测
Nucleic Acid Testing
所有境外来粤返粤人员入境后均应接受免费核酸检测。
