Dear international students,
The relevant visa extension processing and pre-registration arrangements of 2020 Spring Semester are notified as follows:
From today until the start of Spring Semester, international students whose visas or residence permits are expired shall be exempted from punishment. For Residence Permit (Study) Holders ONLY.
We will make great efforts to assist international students in making visa renewal processing and residence permit reservation according to the latest policies by Guangzhou Exit-Entry Administration authorities.
Again, please kindly note that the specific opening date of 2020 Spring Semester shall be waited for further notice. From today until the beginning of new term, it is a pre-registration period. During the pre-registration period, we will arrange the specific and rational appointment for visa application differentiate from the class to class. Those students who did not pay yet shall finish relevant fee payment according to following information:
1. Tuition
a.Chinese Language Training: RMB 8000/Semester,RMB 16000/Year
b.Undergraduate Programs (English-Taught) for International Economics and Trade: RMB 11000/Semester,RMB 22000/Year
c.Undergraduate Programs (English-Taught) for Computer Science and Technology: RMB 11000/Semester, RMB 22000/Year
d.Undergraduate Programs (Chinese-Taught): RMB 18000/Year, RMB 26000/Year (For Fine Arts study)
e.Master's Programs(Chinese-Taught): RMB 20000/Year
f.Doctoral Programs(Chinese-Taught): RMB 22000/Year
2. International Students Insurance: RMB400/6months, RMB800/12 months

4. Pre-registration Procedures
1）The tuition fee could be paid by the bank during this period. After the payment, please collect and scan the bank receipt together with all required visa-application materials, then send to the following email box. Students for Chinese Language study and degree study should finish the pre-registration procedure by the following different instructions.
A. For Chinese Language Training Programs Students:

Bank payment sheets must be noted or marked with personal passport numbers and your complete name which is in accordance with your passport.
B. For Degree Programs Students:
Sending application materials to following email by ivy_59@qq.com and following the reply instruction without payment in advance.
International Economics and Trade (English-Taught),Computer Science and Technology (English-Taught), and other Bachelor,Master and Ph.D degree programs.
2）After the application document is received and approved by International Student Affairs Office, international student individual will be informed when the relevant certificates prepared.
NOTES:
1.For Chinese Training Program students, the total class hours in 2020 Spring Semester will not be affected by the delayed opening of school.
2.Degree study programs students shall follow the teaching arrangement of university.
