Reminder: COVID-19 Control and Prevention Measures in Guangzhou

为加强我市疫情防控，请广大市民朋友和有关单位支持配合有关从严从紧的防控措施：

To enhance the effectiveness of COVID-19 control and prevention, we ask for the cooperation from residents and relevant entities to ensure the strict and rigorous implementation of the following COVID-19 control and prevention measures:

一、加强主动报备报告

近7天内有新冠本土疫情城市旅居史的来（返）穗人员，在入穗前请通过“穗康码”微信小程序，点击“来（返）穗申报”进行健康申报，并在抵穗12小时内向所在社区、单位或酒店报备。市民接到电话、短信、健康码异常等涉疫风险提示时，请立即向所在社区报告。

Travelers from cities with COVID-19 cases in the past seven days shall report in advance through the "Suikang" WeChat mini-program, and report to their local community, employers or hotels within 12 hours after arriving in Guangzhou. If you received a call or text message informing you of potential exposure to the virus, or if your health code turned yellow or red, you will need to report to your community immediately.

二、加强自我健康管理

所有外省来（返）穗人员，在抵穗后严格落实“三天三检”。近7天内有本地新冠疫情城市旅居史的来（返）穗人员，在“三天三检”的基础上，倡导在第5、7天各开展一次核酸检测。期间工作生活“两点一线”，不聚餐、不聚会、不前往人群密集场所。

Travelers from another province shall strictly take three PCR tests within three days upon arriving in Guangzhou. Travelers from cities with COVID-19 cases in the past seven days shall take a test on the 5th and 7th day after finishing taking three tests within three days, during which time you should limit your travel between your place of work and your place of residence. 三、强化四方责任落实

强化个人、单位、属地、行业“四方责任”，推进疫情防控措施落实落细。各机关企事业单位、居民小区、娱乐场所等密闭、半密闭场所，加强人员出入管理，强化清洁通风消毒，落实测温、扫场所码，督促规范佩戴口罩，倡导查验核酸48小时阴性证明。

Enclosed and semi-enclosed places such as government organizations, public enterprises and institutions, residential communities, and entertainment venues must take stricter control over entries and exits. Greater attention should be given to cleaning, ventilation, and disinfection. The temperature must be taken, venue codes must be scanned, and make sure masks are worn properly. It is encouraged to check negative PCR test results obtained within 48 hours.
