2021年7月20日，南京禄口国际机场工作人员定期检测中发现新冠病毒核酸阳性样本，截至7月21日共发现17例阳性患者，已检测出1例为Delta变异株感染，确定中风险地区10个。

为切实做好我市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，广州市疾控中心提醒广大市民配合做好以下事项：

一、近14天（7月7日以来）从南京来（返）穗人员，应主动向所在居委（村委）报备，主动配合社区健康管理措施。

二、一旦出现发热、咳嗽等症状，应佩戴口罩及时到就近的医疗机构发热门诊就诊（不乘坐公共交通工具），如实报告相关的旅居史和接触史。

三、如非必要，市民近期不要前往南京。

四、市民个人防护不放松，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手、常通风、不聚集，保持安全社交距离，注重咳嗽礼仪，使用公筷公勺，养成良好的卫生习惯。

五、请符合条件的市民，及早完成新冠疫苗全程接种，保护自己，也保护家人。

Arrivals from Nanjing urged to report to communities

Seventeen airport workers have tested positive for COVID-19 in Nanjing, capital of East China's Jiangsu province, as of noon, July 21 .

The positive cases involve airport ground service and cleaning staff, found during a regular nucleic acid test at Nanjing Lukou International Airport. Nine of the workers had been diagnosed as confirmed cases and eight as asymptomatic carriers. One had been found infected with the Delta variant.

Nanjing had begun testing all of its 9.3 million residents for COVID-19 since Wednesday and upgraded 10 of its communities from low- to medium-risk for COVID-19 as of Thursday morning.

To strengthen COVID-19 prevention and control in the city, Guangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention remind residents to abide by the following measures:

1. People coming/returning to Guangzhou from Nanjing in the past 14 days (on and after July 7) should report to their community (village) committee and comply with health management measures.

2. Those who develop symptoms like fever and cough should avoid taking public transport, go immediately to fever clinics nearby, with masks on, and truthfully inform healthcare workers of their travel and epidemiological history.

3. Don't travel to Nanjing unless unnecessary.

4. Maintain vigilant and keep taking personal protective measures. Continue to wear masks, wash hands frequently, maintain good indoor ventilation, avoid gathering, keep social distance, cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, use serving chopsticks, and practice good hygiene habits.

5. Those meeting health requirements are advised to get fully vaccinated as soon as possible, as a measure to protect yourself and your family.

广州市新冠肺炎疫情情况

2021年7月21日0时至24时，广州市无新增境内确诊病例和境内无症状感染者。新增境外输入确诊病例5例和境外输入无症状感染者2例。新增出院病例2例。

截至2021年7月21日24时，累计报告境外输入确诊病例953例、境内确诊病例（含境外输入关联病例）523例。累计出院1440例，累计死亡1例。尚在院治疗35例。

Guangzhou's COVID-19 Update on the Numbers

Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission reported that there were zero newly confirmed local Covid-19 cases, zero new domestic asymptomatic Covid-19 cases, 5 newly confirmed imported cases, and 2 new imported asymptomatic cases. 2 patients were discharged from hospital on July 21, 2021.

As of 24:00 July 21, 2021, there are a total of 953 confirmed imported cases and 523 confirmed domestic cases (including imported related cases). A total of 1,440 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospital, and 1 patient died from the disease. Total Covid-19 hospitalizations are at 35.
