关于签证及2020春季学期预注册通知

Notice on Pre-Registration Arrangements and Visa Processing of 2020 Spring Semester

全体国际学生：

Dear international students,

现将2020年春季学期国际学生签证以及预注册安排通知如下：

The relevant visa extension processing and pre-registration arrangements of 2020 Spring Semester are notified as follows:

1.即日起至学校2020年春季学期正式开学之日，国际学生签证或居留许可逾期的免于广州出入境部门处罚，仅限持学生签证的国际学生。

From today until the start of Spring Semester, international students whose visas or residence permits are expired shall be exempted from punishment. For Residence Permit (Study) Holders ONLY.

2.我们将根据广州出入境部门最新政策，即时协助全体国际学生做好相关签证和居留许可预约等。

We will make great efforts to assist international students in making visa renewal processing and residence permit reservation according to the latest policies by Guangzhou Exit-Entry Administration authorities.

3.学校2020年春季学期正式开学时间请待学校进一步通知。即日起至学校2020年春季学期正式开学之日，为预注册时间。预注册期间，国际学生按班级分批次错峰办理缴费和签证预约等。未缴纳春季学期学费的国际学生，在此期间可先按以下信息通过银行预缴费注册：

Again, please kindly note that the specific opening date of 2020 Spring Semester shall be waited for further notice. From today until the beginning of new term, it is a pre-registration period. During the pre-registration period, we will arrange the specific and rational appointment for visa application differentiate from the class to class. Those students who did not pay yet shall finish relevant fee payment according to following information:

1）学费标准 Tuition

a.汉语言培训：RMB 8000/学期，RMB 16000/学年

Chinese Language Training: RMB 8000/Semester,RMB 16000/Year

b.国际经济与贸易（国际学生班）：RMB 11000/学期，RMB 22000/学年

Undergraduate Programs (English-Taught) for International Economics and Trade: RMB 11000/Semester,RMB 22000/Year

c.计算机科学与技术（国际学生班）：RMB 11000/学期，RMB 22000/学年

Undergraduate Programs (English-Taught) for Computer Science and Technology: RMB 11000/Semester, RMB 22000/Year

d.中文授课类本科生：RMB 18000/学年，艺术类RMB 26000/学年

Undergraduate Programs (Chinese-Taught): RMB 18000/Year, RMB 26000/Year (For Fine Arts study)

e.中文授课类硕士研究生：RMB 20000/学年

Master's Programs(Chinese-Taught): RMB 20000/Year

f.中文授课类博士研究生：RMB 22000/学年

Doctoral Programs(Chinese-Taught): RMB 22000/Year

2）国际学生保险费：RMB 400/6个月，RMB 800/12个月

International Students Insurance: RMB400/6months, RMB800/12 months

4.预注册流程 Pre-registration Procedures

1）学生通过银行缴纳学费，缴费后持银行回执连同其他签证申请材料扫描或拍照后邮件发送至以下相关邮箱，由国际学生事务办公室分批统筹安排。国际学生通过银行缴费时必须备注护照号码和护照上本人姓名。

The tuition fee could be paid by the bank during this period. After the payment, please collect and scan the bank receipt together with all required visa-application materials, then send to the following email box. Students for Chinese Language study and degree study should finish the pre-registration procedure by the following different instructions.

A. For Chinese Language Training Programs Students:

Sending application materials to following email when finished bank payment.

Class A1, A2, A3, A4, email: 840236748@qq.com

Class B1, B2,C1,甲,乙,丙, email: 804895217@qq.com

Bank payment sheets must be noted or marked with personal passport numbers and your complete name which is in accordance with your passport.

B. For Degree Programs Students:

Sending application materials to following email by ivy_59@qq.com and following the reply instruction without payment in advance.

International Economics and Trade (English-Taught),Computer Science and Technology (English-Taught), and other Bachelor,Master and Ph.D degree programs.

2）国际学生事务办公室审核出具证明后，通知国际学生按约定时间取件。

After the application document is received and approved by International Student Affairs Office, international student individual will be informed when the relevant certificates prepared.

NOTES:

1.汉语言国际学生，学校延迟开学不影响春季学期总学时数。For Chinese Training Program students, the total class hours in 2020 Spring Semester will not be affected by the delayed opening of school.

2.学历国际学生，按学校教学计划执行。Degree study programs students shall follow the teaching arrangement of university.
