Notice No.3 On the Opening of 2020 Spring Semester

Dear Language International Students,

During the postponement of 2020 Spring Semester, IEC decided to offer online Chinese Training Courses start from March 10, 2020.

Chinese Intensive Reading

Online courses will not be included in 2020 Spring Semester Schedule.

IV Class Schedule

March 10 to April 2, 2020

Time: Tuesday,11:00-11:45 am (Beijing Time). Thursday, 11:00-11:45 am (Beijing Time)

Online courses will be organized by Class as of 2019 Fall Semester, please join your class group and follow your head teachers' instructions. Prospective students will be invited to join the class group by International Student Affairs Office.

Class Arrangement: A1、A2、A3、A4、B1、B2、C1、甲1、甲2、乙、丙

1. Continue to keep proper personal hygiene and stay healthy during the COVID-19.

2.In order to ensure our students healthy and safety, please respond to the messages and phone calls from your head teachers and other staffs of International Student Affairs Office promptly, the university has been implementing the system of "Daily Report and Zero Report" since the outbreak of COVID-19.Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.

3. During the postponement, students are NOT allowed to return to school without official notice or permission. Specific date of returning to school will be notified.

4. 2020年第3号通知-关于春季学期开学时间

全体汉语言国际学生：

为满足疫情防控期间汉语言国际学生学习需求，结合工作实际，经研究，国际文化教育中心定于2020年3月10日起面向学校全体汉语言国际学生和2020年春季学期预备学生开设网络汉语直播课程。

一、学习对象

全体在校汉语言国际学生、预备学生

二、费用

免费

三、课型

汉语综合课

课程不纳入2020年春季学期计划学时。

四、授课安排

时间：2020年3月10日至4月2日（北京时间，以下同）

周二上午11:00-11:45，周四上午11:00-11:45，网络授课。

汉语言培训网络课程按2019年秋季学期的原有班级进行授课，请同学们加入相应班级群并根据班主任老师的指引参加课程学习。预备学生由国际学生事务办公室老师邀请加入班群参加网络体验学习。

2019年秋季学期班级：A1、A2、A3、A4、B1、B2、C1、甲1、甲2、乙、丙，共11个教学班。

五、温馨提示

1. 疫情期间，请务必保持个人卫生和健康。

2.疫情以来，为了保证全校师生的健康安全，学校已经启动了每日报告和零报告制度，请及时回应班主任老师或我们国际学生事务办公室老师的信息和电话。您的个人信息将会被严格保密。

3. 延迟开学期间，学生未获得学校正式通知或审批前不得返回学校。春季学期具体返校日期请待我们进一步通知。
