In accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 68 of the Implementation Measures for Enrollment Management of Full-time Undergraduate Students of Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT Regulatory Document [2022] No. 20), upon deliberation and approval, Xu Chen and six other students are hereby given automatic withdrawal processing. As the related document, Notice on the Withdrawal Processing of Xu Chen and Six Other Undergraduate Students (GDUT Teaching Document [2026] No. 116), could not be served by direct delivery in person, the College notified the students by email on September 28, 2026.

If students have reasonable objection to the above decision, please submit the statements and appeals to the University's Student Appeal Handling Committee within 10 days after the date of the notice was issued.
