Notice on Expelling International Students

According to Provisions on the Administration of Students in Regular Institutions of Higher Education (MOE 2017 Revision), Implementation Measures for Enrollment Management of Full-time Undergraduate Students of Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT 2021 Revision) and International Students Administration Regulations of Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT 2014 Revision),Students who fail to complete the registration procedures within the specified time will be expelled from school.

Due to the fact that the following students are not in China mainland, paper notice cannot be sent to them in person. IEC has already sent Notice on Expelling Non-registration International Student to related students by email on 2 April 2022 and posted Announcement on Delivery of Expelling International Students Letter on 19 April 2022 to remind them completing the relevant process.Students have not completed the relevant process, the service shall be considered completed in 10 working days after the date when the public announcement was issued.

According to related rules of GDUT, IEC hereby makes a public announcement on expelling Non-registration International Students.If the students have reasonable objection to the above decisions, please submit the statements and appeals to Academic Affairs Office in 10 working days (Beijing Time) after the date of this notice was issued.Failure to submit statement or appeal within the stipulated time shall be regarded as a waiver of relevant rights.Failure of submission on a statement or appeal within the stipulated time, or students who fail to attend the hearing at the prescribed time and place after submission of statements and explanations, shall be deemed a waiver of its rights.
