To All International Students Residing on Campus,
In order to standardize the management of international students’ accommodation, create a harmonious, safe, tidy, and comfortable living environment, and safeguard the rights and interests of international students, please strictly comply with the dormitory fire safety regulations and adhere to the following requirements:
I. Maintain Room Cleanliness and Order
Regularly clean your room, dispose of garbage properly, and avoid accumulating clutter to prevent the growth of bacteria.
II. Sort Waste for Disposal
Please sort recyclables and other waste and dispose of them in the designated bins. Do not pile garbage in hallways or public areas.
III. Maintain Public Area Hygiene
Please keep public areas such as kitchens and laundry rooms clean and tidy.
Ensure these areas are promptly cleaned after use.
IV. Prohibition of Open Flames and Indoor Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited within dormitory rooms and hallways areas. Throwing or tossing items out of the building is strictly forbidden.Throwing cigarette butts from upper floors is strictly prohibited.
V. Avoid Overloading Electrical Outlets
Do not connect too many electrical devices to a single socket simultaneously. Unplug devices or turn off the circuit breaker when not in use.
VI. No Storage of Personal Items in Public Areas
Areas outside of individual dormitory rooms are considered public areas. Storing personal belongings in public areas is strictly prohibited. For personal items placed in public areas, the property management department has the authority to require students to remove them promptly. If a student refuses to remove such items, or if the owner cannot be identified and the items have been left for more than one day, the property management department has the authority to remove them.
VII.Regular Hygiene inspections
A system of regular hygiene inspections is implemented for the International Student Residence. Relevant university departments or the property management department will conduct periodic hygiene inspections of the public areas and individual dormitory rooms within the International Student Residence. Resident students must cooperate and shall not obstruct these inspections for any reason. Failing the hygiene inspection two times may result in the revocation of accommodation eligibility.
Violations of the above regulations will be addressed in accordance with the relevant university policies and documents.
