All Int'l Students,
The 2026 winter vacation is approaching. In order to effectively carry out management and service work for international students during the holiday, and in accordance with the relevant notices of the university, the arrangements for the statistics collection of vacation plans and on-campus stay during the winter vacation are hereby notified as follows.
I. Statistics Collection of Winter Vacation Plans
All international students are required to register their winter vacation plans before January 17, 2026.
II. Registration for On-Campus Stay During Winter Vacation
International students who plan to stay on campus during the winter vacation must complete the on-campus stay registration within the specified period. This is to facilitate the university's relevant departments in arranging services such as electricity supply, campus access control, and environmental sanitation.
International students intending to stay on campus should contact the International Student Affairs Office for registration following the provided guidelines.
1. Eligibility
The registration is for international students currently residing in university accommodation who need to stay on campus during the vacation due to reasons such as:
-Participating in required internships within the academic plan;
-Undertaking research tasks;
-Other special circumstances (e.g., not returning to their home country).
2. Registration Process
(1) International students must scan the QR code below and complete the "Winter Vacation On-Campus Stay Registration" form before January 17, 2026 (Saturday). Those who fail to complete the procedure will be considered as not staying on campus and must vacate their dormitories by the first day of the vacation.

(2) Students staying on campus must strictly comply with the university's dormitory regulations. They should proactively present their on-campus stay registration card, student ID, and other required documents when requested.
(3) During the stay, if any physical discomfort occurs (such as fever, sore throat, cough, rash, vomiting, or diarrhea), students must promptly report to their class advisor or counselor and seek medical attention as required. If diagnosed with infectious diseases such as influenza, COVID-19, tuberculosis, chickenpox, or noro-virus infection, students must actively cooperate with isolation, treatment, and other necessary prevention and control measures.
(4) To ensure electrical safety during the vacation, the university may cut off electricity power to unoccupied dormitory rooms.
Any inquiry, please contact the International Student Affairs Office.
