Emergency Notice of Class Suspension Due to Super Typhoon Ragasa

All International Students,

Due to Super Typhoon Ragasa (Known as "桦加沙"), which is expected to severely impact Guangzhou from the evening of 23 September to 25 September, the university will implement the following safety measures in accordance with city-wide directives.

Ⅰ Class Suspension

All Classes on 24 September are canceled.

Campus shuttle services will halt operations from 00:00 on 24 September.

Ⅱ Planned Resumption

Normal activities are tentatively set to resume on 25 September. Any changes will be notified separately.

Ⅲ Safety Advisory

Stay indoors and avoid unnecessary travel. The typhoon may bring extreme winds, heavy rain, and potential flooding. Please monitor official updates via university channels and local weather alerts.

Ⅳ Emergency Support

In case of any emergency, please call the following numbers: Police, 110; Fire, 119; Emergency Medical Services, 120.
