All International Students,
The GDUT campus card serves not only as an identity document for cardholders on campus but also enables multiple functions, including library borrowing, access to campus facilities, entry control, and campus payments. To facilitate the academic and daily life of international students, the application procedures of campus Card are hereby notified as follows:
I. Eligible Applicants
All international students, including Chinese language students, undergraduates and graduates.
II. Required Documents
i. Scanned copies of the passport information page and visa page.
ii. A large 1-inch white-background color photo and its photo receipt (official certification).
iii. International Student Campus Card Application Form (click to download).
iv. Application fee RMB 15/person (non-refundable).
III. Submission Deadline & Procedures
Deadline: Friday, May 30, 2025 (working days only).
Submission Methods:
Submit physical documents to Room 721, 7th Floor, Library Building (International Student Affairs Office) or Email electronic materials to ieccenter@gdut.edu.cn.
Email and file naming format: "Name + Class" (e.g., John Smith+2023 Grade).
IV. Important Notes
Late submissions will not be accepted. Once the card production process begins, the fee is non-refundable.
Ensure all provided information is accurate and authentic, and files are clear and legible.
