The service arrangement of Visa Application for International Students during 2019 Summer Vacation is as follows.国际文化教育中心暑假期间关于国际学生签证申请服务安排如下：
A. Service Time 申请时间
(1) From now on till 12 July 2019. Monday to Friday, 9am-11:30am, 2pm-4:30pm.
即日起至2019年7月12日，周一至周五，上午9:00-11:30，下午2:00-4:30。
(2) From 26 to 30 August 2019. Monday to Friday, 9am-11:30am, 2pm-4:30pm.
2019年8月26日至30日，周一至周五，上午9:00-11:30，下午2:00-4:30。
Overdue application will NOT be accepted.其他时间不予受理。
B. Documents needed 需要材料
For Current International Students 适用在校国际学生
(1) One copy of passport first page and one copy of passport valid visa page. 护照首页和有效签证页各1份复印件。
(2) One copy of Registration Certificate of Temporary Residence. 1份临时住宿登记表复印件。
(3) Payment Receipt. 学校缴费凭证。
(4) Two passport-size photos and return receipt. 2张护照规格照片和照片回执。
(5) International Student Insurance no. or certificate. 国际学生保险凭据。

For New International Students 适用国际新生
(1) One copy of passport first page and one copy of passport valid visa page. 护照首页和有效签证页各1份复印件。
(2) GDUT Admission Letter. 学校录取通知书。
(3) Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW202). 外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表）。
(4) The Health Certificate issued by the Guangdong International Travel Health Care Center. 广东国际旅行卫生保健中心体检报告。
(5) One copy of Registration Certificate of Temporary Residence. 1份临时住宿登记表复印件。
(6) Payment Receipt. 学校缴费凭证。
(7) Two passport-size photos and return receipt. 2张护照规格照片和照片回执。
(8) International Student Insurance no. or certificate. 国际学生保险凭据。

Important Notes:
1. According to the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China No. 57, foreigners who reside in China illegally shall be given a warning; where circumstances are serious, they shall be imposed with a fine of RMB500 per day, with a cap of RMB10, 000 in total, or be detained for not less than five days but not more than 15 days. 根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》，外国人非法居留的，给予警告；情节严重的，处每非法居留一日五百元，总额不超过一万元的罚款或者五日以上十五日以下拘留。
2. For all International Students: According to the regulations by Guangzhou Immigration Administration, foreigners should apply the visa extension at least 7 days before the visa expire date. 根据广州出入境管理规定，所有在穗国际学生需在签证到期前至少7天申办签证更新延期。
3. The regulation of Ministry of Education of China requires that all international students must be medically insured throughout their entire planned period of study. International students are required to purchase the Comprehensive Insurance Plan online before the registration or on the day of registration.Without valid medical insurance,international students are not allowed to register. 中国教育部规定，来华留学生必须购买综合医疗保险。未按要求购买保险者，学校将不予办理注册手续。
